In education, Stettler is second to none among similar sized communities in the province. The public school district, Clearview Public Schools, offers K-12 education, and boasts one of the best High School Diploma completion rates in the province. The East Central Catholic School board is also in operation in Stettler, with the Christ King Catholic School offering quality Catholic education for grades K-9.
Post- Secondary and upgrading educational opportunities are provided at the Stettler Learning Centre. Offering a variety of programs in conjunction with other Post-Secondary institutions in Alberta, such as Red Deer Polytechnic and Olds College, through a partnership with Campus Alberta. Stettler Learning also works with businesses to help provide training to fill gaps, such as computer skills and customer service seminars. The Stettler Learning Centre also offers courses for those wanting to upgrade, or simply take courses for their own interest.
