Join us for a respectful and informative evening as candidates in the upcoming Battle River–Crowfoot by-election share their platforms and answer questions. This non-partisan forum, co-hosted by the Stettler Public Library and the Stettler Regional Board of Trade, provides residents with a valuable opportunity to hear directly from those seeking to represent our region in Parliament.

We encourage engaged and courteous participation. Disruptive behavior, heckling, or disrespect toward candidates, moderators, or attendees will not be tolerated. Let’s work together to ensure a productive and respectful democratic dialogue.

Admission is free, but space is limited — reserve your spot below. If you are unable to attend in person, a livestream will be available.

Candidate Question Submission

Residents of the riding are invited to submit questions in advance for consideration during the Battle River–Crowfoot By-Election Candidate Forum.

Please be advised that:

  • Questions may be reworded for clarity, neutrality, and conciseness.
  • Similar questions may be grouped to avoid repetition.
  • Due to time limitations, not all submitted questions will be included in the live forum.

The deadline to submit questions is Monday, August 4, 2025 at 12:00p.m. No questions will be submitted at the Candidate Forum due to time constraints of the evening. Only questions asked via this form will be compiled and asked of candidates at the Candidate Forum.

Battle River–Crowfoot By-Election: Voting Information

Residents of the Battle River–Crowfoot riding will soon head to the polls to elect their next Member of Parliament. Here’s what you need to know:

Advance Voting Days

Advance voting will take place from Friday, August 8 to Monday, August 11, 2025.

Election Day

The by-election will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025.

 

Details including polling times and locations will be available by July 22, 2025, on the official Elections Canada website. Voter information cards will also be mailed out with your designated polling location and hours.

 

All eligible voters are encouraged to participate and make their voice heard. Be sure to bring accepted ID when voting in person.
