Stettler is home to a number of summer tourist attractions, including Alberta Prairie Steam tours and the Stettler Town and County Museum. Stettler's central location in Alberta also means that there are a number of other sites and attractions in the surrounding area to see, often within an hour's drive. As a part of larger tourism partnerships, like The Canadian Badlands, Boomtown Trail, Alberta Sweet 16, Travel Alberta , and Stettler can offer a full vacation experience to anyone who wants to see the sights that rural central Alberta has to offer. The Stettler Board of Trade offices function year round as the Tourist Information center for the area, with extended hours through the summer tourist season.
